physically turned off the microphone and it didn’t help at all . and how to deal with it?

Damn, as I understand you. I bought ss artic raw and my friends say that they hear literally everything that I watch on YouTube, reinstalling the firewood did not save (although you can dance with them in different ways) - the most common answer about the stereo mixer is, of course, it is turned off. hundreds of reviews on the ears, no one complained about this
, found the answer to mute everything except the microphone in this way through the program: https://vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm
but I want to naturally understand what is wrong .

win10: options - system - sound - section Input - select input device
Perhaps the option to listen from this device (if you click the properties button on your screenshots) should turn it off, but for some reason it's not like that for me (maybe because I have aster and it takes over the control of sound devices), check
Also, for example, with drivers for the realtek chip, there is the Realtek HD Dispatcher, you can also select the source device, but unfortunately there is no dummy dummy.
Perhaps by stupidly connecting a resistor to line in, you can create one.
If the microphone disappears, then the system (or discord) seems to automatically select the next available one.
Don't use the discord app, use one in your browser, then you have full control over granting permission.
ps The sound manager in windows xp (and in linux still in alsamixer, and even more so pulseaudio) allowed you to select the sound source (or turn it on and off for each channel) in the channel list there was always a system mixer channel, to which all played sounds are fed (this way you can it was possible to record sound from the player), it was possible to turn off all sources in principle , now it won’t be possible to do it regularly - well, or if you find it, unsubscribe, it’s unlikely that this was removed at the system level

Oh, I have the same headphones and because of their design, the signal from the speakers is directed to the microphone cable - the sound goes from the headphones directly to the microphone. I don't know how to deal with this.

The solution to this problem is actually very simple.
I'll show you the example of the Windows 10 operating system.
First we need to get:
Settings - System - Sound.
Next, on the right, select the "Sound Control Panel" tab.
In the window that opens, go to the "Record" tab and select your microphone. 6224734474b1b204172395.png
Next, double-click to open your microphone and go to the "
Improvements " tab .
