What turntable would you recommend?

Need advice on purchasing a more or less budgetary vinyl player (20-30 kilorubles). The advice “If you want a good sound, ask where Medvedev shopped” has already been received, and alternatives are of interest. While I’m looking towards Numark devices , if there are owners here, I’ll be glad to hear your feedback.

Both players produce a very high quality signal (in the case of timecodes), and a pretty good "warm tube" sound of ordinary records.
But here everything depends not so much on the “motor”, but on the needles ... I recommend taking a closer look at these .
