Is there any way to install drivers from windows in linux?

There is a TV tuner Asus My Cinema US1-100/P/FM/RC
But I can't find Linux drivers for it. Maybe in theory it is somehow possible to install them, taking the windows driver as a basis?

Of course you can if they are written in C and in the source code.
The probability of this tends to 0

Throw it into a virtual machine with Windows and watch, write in it

Repeatedly written in the answers "No" - this is the first thing that comes to mind ... "on a cotton mind" ;-)
This is not true .
Answer: "Yes", there are ways to use Windows drivers directly: Wi-Fi whistles - but it's always "as lucky".
You can try.
Linux drivers can be found for almost any device if you search carefully.
This is the most promising way. Search!
