How to raise raid 0 for hyper-v?

In general, the situation is this: there is a computer, an Intel DH67CL (B3) mother, an i7-2600 processor and a pair of sata screws for 250Gb.
The specification of the mother indicates that it supports all standard raid configurations, the controller is sewn into the chipset. So the mother must keep the hardware raid. The only setting associated with the raid is in the BIOS - this is the sata operating mode. Of the listed options (IDE, ACHI, RAID), the last one was chosen accordingly. Now the main problem is how to raise this raid, I plan to install hyper-v server 20008 R2 on it. There is no master or anything else.
PS BIOS of the motherboard updated to the latest version, zero results

And precisely RAID there "iron"? I would say that these are RAID built into the chipset, soft, “normal”, and that instead of it, it is much more reliable to raise dynamic disks in Windows itself.
You think carefully: the mother is desktop, the controller is “pray that it doesn’t fall off”, the rest of the components – you yourself look, but hardly super-reliable – and you will build virtualization on this? It may take off, but it will fly low, and very unreliable, I would say so.
To check, try to make a mirror of 2 disks (you are not going to do stripe?), put Windu (any) on it, and see how many disks Windows sees. If 2, then you don’t need such a RAID, set the AHCI mode, put it on the first disk, make a dynamic disk using Windows, and live well.

All problem solved. After long vigils, it was necessary to do the following:
1. enable the raid mode in the sata settings (otherwise, all further actions are meaningless).
2. In the boot options tab, find the boot mode. you need to enable “Enable Addon ROM Display Mode” or, as in my case, Boot display options -> expansion card text -> enable (which is strange because the controller is integrated into the chipset after all).
3. When rebooting, before the BIOS initialization starts, catch the inscription about intel rapid technology and have time to press ctrl + i (you have a window of literally 0.5 - 1 sec).
4. Profit!
