Machine translation from one language to another

I sometimes do translations of articles on Habré. I usually do it like this: I copy the text of the original article into Google Translate, translate it, and paste it into a file. At the same time, I open the original article and correct the automatic translation as I read it.
The problem is that sometimes I skip automatic translation, and it ends up in the finished article. It seems to me that there should be some services that facilitate the translation process, but I don’t even know which way to dig.
