Translated a book interesting to many into Russian. How to use?

Translated a popular book.
I don’t want to contact the copyright request and publishers, because, they say, publishers throw. How can this translation be useful? If possible, legal.
So far, I've only thought of letting them download in exchange for subscribing to my blog. Is this legal or infringing? What else can be done?
PS The book is fresh, gigantic, interesting, and apart from mine, there are no translations yet.

Most likely not to be used legally. Most publishers (and I think your book publisher is no exception) write at the beginning of books that copying, distributing, etc. forbidden. That is, you can make a translation and the translation will be your personal property, at the same time you cannot publicly distribute it without the permission of the publisher. It is no coincidence that Russian publishing houses do not just take a book and translation, but buy the rights to translate and publish it.
In your situation, there are two options: 1) negotiate with an English-language publisher about the rights to translate
2) you negotiate with a Russian publisher to publish your translation, but again, the Russian publisher in this case must contact a foreign publisher to purchase the rights to the translation, and you are paid to work as a translator.
All other methods of using and distributing the translation will be similar to piracy or illegal distribution of content .

I assume he translated the Handbook of Applied Cryptography.
Has the Handbook of Applied Cryptography (Menezes, van Oorschot, Vanstone) been translated into Russian?
