How or how to translate a WordPress theme localization file into Russian .po (or .pot) for free?

Machine translation from one language to another

There is a large WordPress theme .pot file that needs to be translated into Russian by some kind of machine translation.
On the Internet, I did not find anything free and working on this topic. Maybe overlooked something?
I tried through the service: https://translate.google.com/toolkit/ - however, it translates only 27% and then offers to manually go through all the untranslated texts in the file - stupidity!
