In order to start doing machine learning, you must first learn how to work with information. Not with information in general, but with an INDEPENDENT (!!!!) search for answers to your questions, and not helpless questioning on the forum, "where to start", "what should I learn", - then it will be "and in what order", then - "what books", then - "how fast".... This topic is constantly sucked up on Medium, on AnalyticsVidhya, on DataScienceCentral, on KDnuggets, on cyberforum.ru, on dozens of other forms. And there is StackOverflow, there are other sites. Look - before asking such childish questions - at least - the Toaster itself. There are dozens if not hundreds of similar questions with answers. Why did you decide that it is more useful to ask a question for the hundred and first time,
Well, if you were suddenly disconnected from Google there in Atlanta_Boston, then I will do it for you:

Another question on AI and mathematics: what topics do you need to know?
Another question is how to get started in machine learning. How to start to understand whether I am interested in doing this or not?
What books for a beginner on Data Science?

Hello. The deeper and more extensive knowledge of mathematics, the better. But in all courses on DS, they study the basics of statistics intensively, it helps to understand the principles of operation of various models.
