What topic to blog about web development specifically?

Good evening! I am a webmaster. I know html, css, js, php, mysql, wordpress. I mainly do website development. I want to try my hand at blogging, there are two options:
1) text.
2) video blog (screencasts)
I had a stupor with the topic. I seem to like coding, but the situation is such that few people watch such videos (alya, how to write a site form in php from scratch, build your own server, etc.)
Tell me what topics will people be more interested in? If possible, please be more specific.

Lessons for beginners chew ass. If you make lessons for intermediate level and above, it will be very good.
