What tools are used to design interactive interfaces, where it is necessary to work out transition effects, etc.? How do animated gifs show interface dynamics? And what can you read about the process of designing exactly interactive UIs?

Regarding the animated gif showing the interactive interface, I was told that this can be done in Photoshop through the timeline.
Everything related to interactive prototypes now is Axure.
Very wide range of possibilities, try it.
There are system responses, and good animation, and in general everything you need, at least for the web and mobile phones. As for designing dynamics for gamedev, I haven't used it :)
