Which tool to choose for styling emails?

It's time to send beautiful letters. There is a letter code, but I don’t want to store it together with styles and all this long and tedious layout, so that later I don’t want to delve into a large number of lines of code. What tools would you recommend for styling emails?

For emails, it is better to use inline styles, since not all email programs will process the included css. Yes, there is a lot of code, but there is no way without it.
