I often publish news on the site and they are in fact on the same topic. Suppose in the news I post a video about the shipment of a building wall block. And it turns out that the news is the same.
1 - What to write in the tags Title, Description, Keywords? It turns out that they will be repeated. Is it okay?
2 - How will a separate page with the news (if people are interested in it) affect the issuance of the main page with the product?

Put the date at the beginning of the meta tags, then it will definitely not stick the pages together.
+ Images should be given alt and title so that the bot understands what the page is about if there is no text content.
+ It is desirable to make a small description of characters for 500, at least.
