What is the reason for different results of GooglePageSpeed?
There is a young site where GooglePageSpeed evaluates the download speed of the mobile version (including the desktop version) differently. What is the reason for this behavior? Does AMP affect the speed rating?

The server response speed is different for each request. These "jumps" change the assessment
