Put noreferrer on external links or not?

Is there any practical benefit for me NOT to noreferrerlink to external links? As far as I understand, they are important not for me, but for the owners / marketers of the site to which I link (and this may be competitors). Without noreferrerthem, they won't see where the traffic came from. Hence the question - should I help them in their work, or is there a practical benefit in this Robinhood?

The noreferer attribute specifies that the browser should not send an HTTP referer header when the user follows a hyperlink. If you set it, marketers will not be able to determine by the referrer that there was a visit from your site.
This tag has absolutely no effect on SEO.
You do not benefit from either setting or not setting this tag. There is no Robinhood in this, just as there is no benefit either for you or for marketers.
Moreover, outgoing links (not closed from indexing) to authoritative resources will benefit the page when ranking!

When you go to the external - "weight" is taken from your specific page with a specific URL, which is moved to the target page.
Solution:
Option 1: create a transition from a page that is prohibited from indexing.
For example, https://site.com/away.php, which will redirect to the desired external link.
Option 2: Make the transition on click through JS. And the link itself (in href) - put it empty.
The rest is not reliable: nofollow/noreferrer.
PS: if you want the "weight" of your site's pages to slowly but surely fall in the search results - you can do nothing.
