very often Google gave an audience with greater purchasing power, the percentage of conversion is higher. But here, IMHO, it's worth testing on both, and then choosing the best

Google has a smaller share of search, but more space. All mail, runner and all.
For me, it is best to deploy campaigns with the same budget there - and there. And see what will happen.

Poison has more traffic in the Russian segment - that's for sure, you can easily find evidence in the reports. However, AW has a slightly softer competition.
Now decide what is more important for you and go for it :)
