What to use to create a simple business card site?

Hello. It is required to create a simple site in one page - some text, a couple of banners, widgets and links. I am familiar with Wordpress at the level of a mouse, but it seems to me that using it in this case is like a cannon to sparrows, and the resources of the web server are so-so. Are there any very simple systems that, in visual editing mode, will allow you to quickly type in what you need and forget? I don’t understand the code at all, so html in a notepad is not a solution.

It will be enough for you to take any visual editor. Adobe Muse for example, although I just won't recommend it. I can recommend Pinegrow . There are still plenty of visual editors, online and offline, you can google them without any problems. Or put the client on some service with a visual editor, such as Wix.
