What to use in order to implement a project a la Whatman online?

I want to execute a web project that has a panel similar to the realtime board workspace. What tools are suitable for these purposes? The project does not involve any user editing, it is just an image presentation with the ability to move between slides with the illusion of moving along a large sheet. I'm ready to use libraries, I don't need any ready-made services with templates. I thought in the direction of awayjs on typescript, but there may be other alternatives.
