Please tell me and
advise (with links) how to correctly implement the architecture of the next project, namely where to place vps / hosting / ... and what should not be forgotten? And what would work quickly (provided that the client has 10mbmt). But also budgetary)))

From our application for mobile phones will be uploaded (in the presence of wifi) to the server videos from users (who they filmed). Each video file is not more than 70mb (timekeeping is not more than a minute).

The mobile application will receive statistics on uploaded files from the server (for each user, according to their own files).

Each file on the server will be available for viewing by 10 users both through the site and through the application (wifi). Then some of the files are uploaded automatically to YouTube (private link from one acc), the rest is deleted. (that is, each file will not be viewable after 10 views).

At the same time, there will be no more than 35GB of files on the server (500 videos of 70MB each). And 50 people watch 10 videos in a row.

And what should be implemented/used to securely store statistics on the server?
