How to get the new processor working on an Acer Aspire 5100 Series (BL51) laptop?

There is an Acer Aspire 5100 Series laptop (model BL51), it has very meager specifications from the factory, namely:
1. AMD Turion 64 processor (socket S1, 1 core, L2 cache 1 MB., frequency 2) More details: https ://www.notebook-center.ru/processor_146.html
2. RAM DDR2 512 MB.
3. ATI Mobility RADEON® Xpress 1100 chipset
4. ATI Mobility Radeon X1100 video card (128 MB memory capacity)
5. 80 GB IDE hard drive.
6. Phoenix BIOS version 2.00 dated 03/08/2006
I decided to improve it, for this I bought a hard drive 2 times larger, updated the RAM by replacing it with 2 DDR2 2 GB modules. 667 Mhz. While I worked with such configurations for a couple of weeks, I had the Linux Ubuntu operating system, then I decided to upgrade the processor and bought an AMD Phenom 2 processor on the well-known Chinese site, more details: https://www.notebook-center.ru/processor_415.html. And here the most interesting thing began - with the old processor on board, the laptop starts, the BIOS is displayed on the screen, etc., with the new processor, absolutely nothing is displayed (only the cooling system turns on and the power button LED lights up). Any guesses what's going on at this point, why isn't a more powerful processor running on the same socket? Cooling, of course, returned to its place, everything is as it was, only the processor is different, everything else is unchanged.

@werber

You have socket S1 (S1g1)
The processor you bought is not supported by S1 (S1g4) 3 generations higher.
The most powerful supported by your platform :
AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-66 (TMDTL66HAX5DC) 2.3GHz
AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-68 (TMDTL68HAX5DM) 2.4Ghz

Because the motherboard does not support the new processor. For desktops, in some cases it can be solved by updating the BIOS (from the website of the motherboard manufacturer), for a laptop you are unlikely to find an update.
