What to read about virtualization

Friends, tell me, what literature can you use to raise the level of your knowledge in virtualization in general and KVM in particular?
Xen is less interesting at this stage.
Ideally in Russian, but English is also possible.
For there are many questions and information has to be collected all over the Internet.
I know project sites, I use them. I would like a book.
