What to offer a web designer working with InDesign?
The designers I work with convince me that InDesign layouts are the best thing that could happen to me. I want to type without pain through Zeplin or its equivalent and not have problems with JPEG.
The previous layout was handed over to PS, but as you know, it was exported crookedly and obliquely from ID, and even after exporting to Zeplin, I had to run into the layout with an eyedropper and strain my eyes to understand the rounding radius.
What product can be offered to designers so that I don't have to learn software for printers?
PS Sketch suggested that they do not want to change their workflow so radically. I read about Experience Design, but I don’t know how similar it is to ID in terms of interaction and use.

What a shame.
If this is your permanent place of work, I can only advise you to run away from there as soon as possible.
Mind your own business, i.e. printing. For some reason, no one gives sketch files to the printing house.
It can be seen that the UI did not give up to your colleagues, otherwise they would be aware of industry software standards. This means that there are probably problems with usability and adaptability - if they don’t even want to master the generally accepted environment.
Figma is free and mastered at a time.
