How do I clear the Done column of tasks in a Jira Cloud board?
Greetings!
A little background:
A new generation project in Jira Cloud.
At the start of the project, a scrum board was chosen.
In the course of work, it was decided to abolish sprints and switch to a kanban-like flow.
At the same time, the board type was not changed from sprint to kanban. Only the settings were changed: sprints were disabled (Project Settings - Features - disable the display of sprints using the slider).
Thus, there are no sprints on the project now.
Instead, we create a release and release it.
What is the essence of the problem:Previously, when there were sprints, tasks in the "done" status after the closing of the sprint were not displayed on the board. Now, the tasks that remain after the release of the release remain in the "done" status and, accordingly, in the "done" column. I see only the possibility to delete the task itself, but this measure does not suit me.
I also can't figure out how to clear the "done" column from tasks that are not tied to any releases.
Of course, there is a possibility that tasks in the column are deleted after a certain time, but this has not yet been confirmed.
What is the essence of the question: I can not figure out how to clear the "Done" column (for many it is "Done"), after the tasks are completed, the goal is achieved. Help, please, knowledge and advice.
