What to do with unfinished contracts on Upwork?

Often, clients do not close contracts, they work for several hours in one week, and then the contract remains unclosed. How do you usually act? Do you close yourself?

If you do not have enough good feedback on your account, then of course you should close it and ask the client for a review.
But when there are more than 10 positive reviews, with large amounts of contracts, then new reviews do not really matter and I leave the projects not closed if the customer wants so. Often, clients continue to work under this contract after a while (I even had a break of 1 year).

Let it hang. It stops automatically. Increases the chance of returning a customer :)

Hello, I am writing to leave a review and close the contract, keep the profile clean.

I'm talking to a client. does he need more work, if not, I'll forgive him to close the work and leave a good feedback, or I close it myself and pound him for a good feedback for two weeks.
