Good day. I would like to withdraw my first hard-earned money to Upwork from the exchange. Payoneer card is already activated. In the `settings->get paid` section, I LIKE to connect the output to payoneer. In my profile on payoneer.com, now my source of funds is listed as upwork (this is ok). Next, I ask you to look at the screen:
As you can see, it will become active on December 8th. And only then can I withdraw if everything is fine? Tax Information contains valid real data that matches those on payoneer. The item in the menu on the left `Billing Methods` is still incomprehensible - I have it empty there. What is it?

You can already withdraw money to the card, December 8 is the date when they will be withdrawn automatically.
Everything is clear on the plate, if you want to receive money almost instantly - pay extra 2.50, withdrawal within 2 days is free.
