What to do with the hard drive?

There are 2 hard drives in the system unit. The first WD is 500GB, the second is Toshiba with a strange memory value. In BIOS, it is defined as 2 TB, and in the system as 1 TB. During operation, it makes noise and creaks, but it records files and works generally well. Interested in how to find out what's with another terabyte? And what can I do to stop the noise?

Download crystaldiskinfo and see what information it gives you. Including SMART HDD.
You can show it here later.
crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html
Then you can definitely say at least something definite.

Correct the Acoustic mode - it will be quieter
But slower.
