How to format hard drives on a Fujitsu primergy tx200 s4 server at a low level?
screws are controlled by a raid controller. removed the arrays.

What for? When creating an array, the raid controller does initialization - i.e. full formatting is sector-by-sector (if you choose exactly the option with full initialization).
