Destruction of hard drives when transferring system units for recycling

Good afternoon, dear ones.

There is such an interesting problem. If anyone has experience of solving it, please share.

1) Before the disposal of the decommissioned system unit, it is necessary to destroy the hard drive.
2) The destruction of HDD is confirmed by the act of destruction.
3) System blocks are included as a whole, components are not signed.

It comes to mind to dismantle the computer and put the hard drive on the balance sheet, but (see point 1) the system unit already has zero cost, there is nothing to put on the balance sheet. Plug.

If someone can share the solution algorithm or indicate the vector, I will be very grateful.

Explanation

There is an organization. Confidential information circulates across an organization's network. Basically a trade secret.
Utilization of system units is carried out together with the HDD.

The turnover of system engineers is quite large, the bureaucracy is quite tough. Disassemble the system unit upon receipt, HDD accounting, etc. (well, that is, the way it should be, in fact) - to create a big hemorrhoids ... Well, even more hemorrhoids - to convince that this should be done.
Sistemniki are accounted for as a whole, components are not taken into account.

The task at the moment is to make the system work, then slowly bring it to an ideal state.

It is necessary to formalize the process of removing hard drives from all system units before transferring them to recycling.
The question ran into accounting (because there was a system manager, and then suddenly it starts to be divided into a system manager and HDD).

Questions:
1) Should it generally rest against accounting?
2) If it should, then how is it carried out in accounting (one of the proposed schemes is in the clarification of the question).

Why share? You open the block, pull out the disk, disassemble it, remove the pancakes from it and screw it back in (you don’t even need to connect it). Pancakes can then be squandered on a commission, even sawed, and then handed over for metal.

Aren't balance sheets and lists of classified data carriers two independent categories? You do not put paper documents on the balance sheet as tangible property, do you? If the document contains some secret data, then they are recorded in the corresponding registers of secret data carriers. And the fact of destruction with the number of the act is also recorded there. So are hard drives.
And if there are no logs of information carriers, then the acts of destruction of carriers turn into a fiction. How to find out how many of these acts should be? Are all acts present? Were they created during the destruction or were they written later from the bulldozer?..

The disk can be destroyed with a few shots from a construction pistol.
Of the pluses - a complete dismantling of the computer is not required, it is enough to open the case.
Of the minuses - _big_ safety issues
Do not take it as a joke - I even used it 10 years ago.

Information on disks can be destroyed by an electromagnetic pulse. Something like this or this . The disk is pulled out, erased and put in place. Or we use the server version with erasing without dismantling the disks.

It all depends on the paranoid nature of the authorities,
there is such a way to destroy data -
35-fold overwriting with random data. (From my own practice, I assure you that no equipment will then allow you to recover any data)

So, if you have a large bureaucracy, then everything is formalized much easier - you draw up an order, which will specify how to dispose of system units that have confidential information, and regulatory documents for disposal, and work according to them and the order, respectively, the accounting department will have nowhere to go.

Buy special data shredders and use them to destroy data on screws.

These are the installed application files. They can be deleted by ticking the boxes and then clicking on the trash can icon in the menu.
For more or less automatic cleaning of the place, you can use Clean Master . It will show free and occupied space, what it is occupied with and help clean it up.
For manual cleaning, I advise Total Commander . It allows you to view the hierarchy of files (including hidden ones) and manually delete unnecessary ones.

Some phones are better not to update at all! This applies to phones with a small amount of memory. If you want to live comfortably, it is better to roll back to the OS that was installed from the factory and disable the update.
