What to do with the fallen out OEM Partition?

After installing the second system (Ubuntu 14.04) in EFI mode, the partition with the description of the OEM Partition became visible and writable.

You can't rename it or rename it.
Question: How to return everything to normal?

remove the drive letter and forget about it :)
