What to do with the CPU cooler connector when installing passive cooling?

I want to reduce PC noise as much as possible and install such a passive radiator on the CPU:

But here a problem arises - the BIOS will yell every time it is turned on that there is no signal from the CPU fan, how to solve this problem? Maybe there are some plugs?

There should be an item in bios - ignore cooler monitoring.
