Choice of cooling for Ryzen 2700X?

There are 2 CBOs to choose from:
1) Quiet Silent Loop 360mm
2) Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 240 TT Premium Edition
In fact, I read and say that both are good, but the old revisions of Quiet have a problem with the pump, and the thermaltake will be quieter, at least and lower rpm.
I will use AeroCool AERO-500, as the manufacturer writes, the maximum can be pushed 240mm, but I think that if suddenly something happens, I can somehow add 360-ku.
Difficult choice, maybe you can say something about them/advise. Only these 2 models are of interest.

Better put an ordinary cooler: if you need silence and reliability, then noctois of choice and budget. If silence is not so important, then any one you like. This processor model does not have a TDP so high that you can put CBO on it for half its cost.
