I have this shovel in case of an attack by Russian invaders on my lands for the quick equipment of an individual trench.
It was already written everywhere that firmware 4.3 was released in 2013, but I still have 4.1.2. Through standard means does not want, through Kies too. What to do? Install cyagenmod? My classmate also has Note 2, but Android 4.3 is already there (the update seems to have come to her phone in winter). I will be grateful for any advice.

Option 1 - flash on a clean 4.3.
Option 2 - demolish the root, custom recovery and bring the phone to the "no hacks" state. In this case, an update will arrive.
