Streaming audio or DLNA from PC to phone?

Hello!
I have a large itunes music library on my windows 10 computer at home. This music in different formats and accumulated over the years. I haven’t used Tuna for a long time, since many players easily understand its library and everything works fine.
I drive every day. I don’t listen to the radio, I listen to my music and I’m tired of sitting choosing music, constantly burning flash drives and converting formats.
I want to listen to my music, which is at home on my computer, sitting in the car through an android smartphone.
The best I've found for this is the Plex app.
I installed the server part on the computer, entered the login / password, indicated the library, downloaded the plex client to the smartphone, entered the login and password and off we went. Magnificent thing! but 400 rubles a month is too expensive for me.
Tried Kodi - didn't work. I could not even figure out how to connect as a client and where ..... most likely it is designed for a local network.
What other options do you know?
