What to do with indexing pages on WordPress after Joomla?

Hello!
The site was on Joomla for a very long time, they switched to WordPress, the pages began to be indexed according to the new one and everything seems to be okay, but I noticed that the old links are not deleted from the search, when you go to them, the main page opens, and not 404, although if you enter some kind of rubbish then goes to 404.
I decided that anyway, Yandex will delete these links later, but no, the requests began to be duplicated, the same request but 1 search position, for example, the old link, 2 position is new.
Links of this type: domen.ru/?id=15&Itemid=43&option=com_content&view=article
I decided to try to remove the link through Yandex Webmaster but writes:

Please tell me how to make the correct redirect to 404 such pages?

Make redirects or return 404s at the server level. If Apache - in .htaccess, if Nginx - create a separate file with redirects and connect it in the virtual host config.

Only manually in .htaccess, as mentioned above.
And if I were you, I would redirect not to 404, but to relevant material already posted within wp.

@Dmicom

decided to add to robots.txt for the time being:
Disallow: /?id=
deletes through the webmaster, I hope he will delete the rest himself, and will not affect the indexing of other pages
