What to do with commission in pyqiwi?

Hello! I sent several payments from qiwi to qiwi using the qiwipy library in python using the wallet.send(pid="99",recipient="some number") method. Everything went well, but they took a commission, although when I made a manual transfer there was no commission. What is the reason?

To do nothing. Qiwi puts a 2% commission on withdrawals via api
