Is there a site for selling information?

There is a customer, there is a freelancer, how can you organize automatic sending of links to the product to the customer upon payment of a certain invoice specified by the freelancer?
Now I have to wait for the funds to arrive and only then send the links, is it possible to automate this somehow?
