Check codes in Qiwi and WebMoney?

Guys, have you noticed such a nuance that, in theory, random SMS confirmation codes in payment systems are still not random?
The bottom line is that I mainly use Qiwi and, accordingly, almost every day I receive and enter a couple of codes.
But sometimes you need to use WebMoney, and after receiving the code, I can’t immediately read and remember it, because it’s built somehow wrong. Although there are the same five digits.
Could it be that in these systems, the random, distributing codes, has some preferences for certain numbers and their combinations? And that a departure from this pattern requires a little more attention, as is the case with the rare use of WebMoney after frequent use of Qiway?

The fact is that in programming there is no such thing as “randomness”, all rand functions in any languages are pseudo-random, which generate a number based on a certain algorithm, so it all depends on how it is implemented. I noticed, for example, that the rand function in PHP often returns the same values if run in different windows - the results in the same iterations often coincided.
