What to do with a copy site?

The problem is this, the site has been in its field for 1 year already and it is rapidly going to the top 1, for many bold queries it is already there. As you can imagine, a tasty morsel. But here recently people bought a domain that is 21 years old (ours is 1+ years old), which differs from ours by 1 point, I’ll throw off what it looks like now (examplemsk.ru) - this is how our link looks like, they have it - example.msk .ru, the content completely copies us, but there are no copies through the veyarchive or archive, the saved copies of Google and Yandex too. Please advise what to do in this case. Support won't applaud their age

Embed a js check into the site, if the site opened with a different domain, then redirect to the correct domain

Faced such a problem. I wrote to Yandex support to exclude the site from search results, it's useless, but I always did, just in case. Plus a letter to the hoster of this site about illegal copying of intellectual property and site materials. For such a letter, you need to confirm that you really are the owner of the domain

in Yandex there is a mechanism to mark the material as your own and your site will come up in the search, in Google I don’t know if there is such a feature or not
