How will search engines react to such titles?

It is interesting the opinion of SEOs on this issue.
I have a set of keys that can be applied to the page title, to make it more clear, you can consider the option with tags, when the page title is formed precisely by tags.
Here's an example: Read about word 1
Important! This title is written to the post database and does not change by itself!
So, since some people are looking to read about , some are looking to read for free about , and others are completely free to read about the word, without registration

. In addition, for these three headings, I have 3 different posts and even more to which I can apply these headers.

Will the PS consider this to be search spam if previously all posts were like this:
1. Read about word 1
2. Read about word 2
3. Read about word 3

And it will become
1. Read about word 1 for free
2. Read about word 2 without registration
3. Read about word 3
4. Read about word 4 for free
5. Read about word 5 without registration
6. Read about word 6

These titles will be automatically registered in the database, before saving, there will be a rotation of suitable titles.

From your description it follows that there were 3 titles for 3 posts
Will become 6 titles for 6 posts.
and, no matter how there is no conflict - the headers are unique, tk. "word" is different/unique everywhere.
Those. there is no difference between the 3rd and 6th options.
Why don't you try to follow the usual and proven algorithm?

  1. select queries by Yandex.Direct with general and exact frequency
  2. cluster
  3. analyze the landing competitors and compare how they spelled out
  4. implement and track the result

After all, it may happen that during clustering, some queries that you distribute to different landing pages will be combined into one group, and therefore placed on one landing page (both in terms of issuance and according to logic).
And some requests will disappear due to zero frequency.
