What to do with a client who does not understand anything in technology?

I took an easy order, it was necessary to put a couple of page elements into a separate file and connect via Include, I did it, I need to send emails with and without attachments from the site, I did it, checked it on my hosting, it works, handed over to the client, of course nothing works, when sending Email he is only downloading the file, now at the very least I am talking with his hoster, what should I do? If I cancel the contract, will it affect the rating? Or should I write to support, like, I did everything, but the client is a moron and give me my money?

Help the client figure it out and set everything up for him, he will only be grateful to you. All this for a fee, of course. No need to act like an arrogant turkey.

A client who does not understand technology hires a specialist and pays money to the specialist.
The task of a specialist is to explain to the client in an understandable language how to solve a particular problem and how much it will cost.
There is no need to explain to the client what commas will be in the program and what they mean.
Of course, such a client imposes additional responsibility on you. He trusts you.
But this is completely normal.
Imagine that you came to the doctor to cut out appendicitis.
Why do you need to know what brand of knife you will be cut?
You a priori trust the doctors that they will do everything right.
