What to do if the system constantly reboots at startup?

Hello! Not long ago, thermal paste got into the RAM slot and when the system boots up after the Windows logo appears, the PC reboots. Cleaned with ethyl alcohol and did not help. Memory sticks are fine.
Speaker beeps 1 time
