What to do if the second port of the microtik router is constantly working?

The second port works all the time (the LED is on), regardless of whether the wire is connected or not.
3, 4 port and Wi-Fi are connected by a bridge, when the cable is connected to the second port, WinBox cannot connect to the router, but sees it. Reset did, flashing and rollback too.
PS: 3 and 4 ports work without problems

The logic responsible for lighting the LED has died.
The receiving chains are dead and the port constantly reports traffic.
Either way, the port is bad.
