Yesterday, the ZiFei RAM DDR4 16GB 2133Mhz 1.2V 2Rx8 Pc4-17000 CL15 RAM arrived, as a result it turned out that the laptop simply does not see it, in this regard, I turn here for help in finding the problem (either my hands are from the wrong place, or will need to be returned). Notebook itself: Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15IKB (81DE02VRRU)

See if the installed memory is displayed in bios/efi , if it is displayed, then reinstall windows.
