Is it possible to combine DDR memory of different sizes?
Due to lack of virtual memory in Mac Book Pro 2012 (2x2GB) I'm going to buy DDR3 1600MHz 8GB. They are not cheap and I want to use at least one of the two 2GB that come on board. Nochin , good advice. I think that's what I'll do. Although maybe first I'll try to take 4 + 4, I'll load it to the maximum. If it pulls, then it's not worth taking 16GB in the future. But it won’t pull so I’ll change it to 8GB.
