A couple of questions about MBP 2017?

Hello.
I recently took a new beech, mptt2 and a couple of questions arose:
1) CleanMyMac consistently shows that there are 4-5 hours of use left, although the battery is 100%. Is this a common problem with autonomy or maybe a marriage?
2) It makes noise at a fairly low load. Let's say video + IDE + external FullHD monitor.
Does everyone have such troubles?

2) I have MPXV2, so it makes noise at the slightest load (which, in general, I wrote to you in your last question about choosing a laptop).
