What to do if the host does not respond for a long time?

Faced such a problem, the working site does not open. And from both my computers (connected to one modem). Moreover, the problem is only with one site, and it is with the one that needs to be urgently worked with. Is there a way to get around this inconvenience? Or should I wait until the provider updates the DNS?

At the command prompt, try typing and rechecking the result:
ipconfig /flushdns
