What to do if the hard disk boot priority does not help, AND gives a Reboot error?

The problem is this, a known good hard drive, set in boot priority, does not plow, flash drives (also working) also do not really load, please help. It's not about bp.

If the disk is guaranteed to work (works on another machine), then maybe the problem is in the controller (motherboard)?
And it’s also possible that the boot sector (or the uefi partition, for non-legacy downloads) was simply lost, fix it.
