How to restore Windows 10 bootloader from Linux Monjaro?

There is one disk, three main partitions - Windows (Disk C, Dick D), Linux Ubuntu.
Decided to switch to Linux Manjaro, booted into Windows, ran the mini wizard partition tool, started uninstalling Ubuntu to install Manjaro there, and accidentally deleted the Windows bootloader.
To make it clear, I am writing the boot structure in the BIOS (the names are approximate, but I hope the essence is clear):
It was:

  1. hard drive
  2. Ubuntu (grub)
  3. Windows 10 manager

It became:
  1. hard drive

When booting from the Hard Disk, a dash in the corner blinks.
Questions!
  1. Is it possible to restore the Windows 10 bootloader from Monjaro live mode, I know that it can be restored using the Windows installer, but I don’t have a flash drive with it now.
  2. If from under Linux there is no such possibility, then what is the best way to restore from the Windows installer? (choose boot recovery in the installer, write commands in the console, or use utilities for this?)

For such a case, there is a utility - boot-repair . Works from under Linux similar systems.
But, I advise you to use some bootloader later. The simplest of them is rEFind, the most geeky is Clover.

To restore the bootloader from Linux in the terminal: sudo update-grub
All installed bootloaders will be found and added to the boot menu.
