I punched through all the databases and there is no domain anywhere.
I did not receive any complaints, the site is legal and a white catalog of goods from different manufacturers. I searched on Google, got banned because someone posted an advertisement for the delivery of alcohol at night. some people in Bobruisk filed a lawsuit and the court unilaterally blocked the site. Moreover, the defendant in the court was generally some kind of local Bobruisk Internet provider.
The question is how to unlock a domain? We removed problematic ads immediately, we respond to any complaints on the same day, we maintain the whiteness of the site with maximum efforts.

The site owner, hosting provider or telecom operator can appeal against the decision to include the site in the register in court within three months.
Also, in case of removal of illegal information, it is possible to remove the site from the registry at the request of the site owner, hosting provider or telecom operator. Such appeals must be processed by Roskomnadzor within three days.
