They want to take away the domain through the court, how to protect your domain?

Hello, I bought myself a domain name for a large amount. In the Russian Federation, there is no representative office of this brand, and now my competitor is making a trademark, later to sue and take the domain.
The question is: How can you avoid litigation?
I'm thinking if I re-register a domain name in another country (for example, in America) - will it help me? (in America there is no brand representation, and no one will take it there either). Again, there are still questions: if you re-register in another country, then do it for yourself (a citizen of the Russian Federation) or is it better for a citizen of that country?
I'd love to get a complete answer to my problem.

To avoid problems, you need to register a trademark yourself, and it is better in an area different from the one in which the original name is located. Accordingly, it is necessary to engage in this area so that the court does not find fault.
If you use someone else's brand and release a similar product, then this is not good and it is better to quit this business.

What zone is the domain in?
If *.ru is one calico. In *.com - different.
In the first option, the trial cannot be avoided.
