Which model license for Open Source applications is suitable for commercial use?

Implemented the application. I want to put it in Open Source, but I need to choose a license (usually I used MIT).
Criteria:

• Retention of authorship
  
• Ability to use the code for commercial purposes (including in closed-source applications)
  
• The requirement to post all the changes made to the public
  

In short: "use where you want, but let's change/improve everyone"
